Mary Magdalene was the first to find the open tomb on Easter

Jesus cured Mary Magdalene of demon possession and she became one of a group of women who followed Jesus from Galilee and ministered to him.  Mary witnessed the crucifixion and was among the first to visit the empty tomb on Easter and to see the risen Christ. Traditionally she has been identified as a prostitute but there is no basis for this in the Bible.
