Colossians is a Pauline
letter to the church at Colossae in Asia Minor. The letter speaks of Christ
as the image of the invisible God and the one in whom all things hold together
(1). It warns against falling prey to false teachings concerning Jewish
festivals, angel worship, and consumption of certain foods (2) and urges
the people to resist sin and clothe themselves with love (3-4).
